I’m Edwani, or just Ed if you prefer. I help people command focus, be heard, and be remembered - leaving a lasting impression wherever it matters most.

I started as a corporate banker in 2000 before joining the national oil company where I spent 16 years in various roles, including corporate communications and change management. 

As a qualified Operating Performance Improvement (OPI) practitioner, a Solution Focused Coach and also a Certified Negotiator, I led my Operational Excellence outfit in PETRONAS with the mantra ‘to communicate with clarity’.  My facilitation skills also supported internal stakeholders define objectives, create compelling cases for change and build a dynamic team around them. 

One thing I've learnt over the years is that how we communicate, from framing the message to getting the right flow, will greatly determine the outcome of any discussion. And now I want to share my secrets with you. 

Today, I train and advise new and seasoned professionals in Strategic Communications, Leadership, and Risk Management — not the theoretical kind, but the things that I did to get the job done in my 25 year career.
