I’m Edwani, or just Ed if you prefer: HRD Corp Accredited Trainer, Certified Negotiator, and ERM Consultant. I offer 25 years of top-tier working experience, with the last 16 years inside Malaysia’s national oil company, from overseeing operational excellence across petrochemical complexes to being part of two pioneering floating LNG plants: the world’s very first floating LNG facility and the world’s first deepwater LNG plant. 

Prior to that, I was deeply involved in the strategic planning, conservation, and management of the world’s oldest rainforests in my home state of Sarawak.

I've sat across the table from local and foreign officials, auditors and regulators, community leaders and stakeholders, and boardrooms that had already made up their minds. I've written the crisis comms during the crisis, architecting clarity where others see chaos. 

One thing I've learnt over the years is that how we communicate, from framing the message to getting the right flow, will greatly determine the outcome of any discussion. And now I want to share my secrets with you. 

Today, I train and advise new and seasoned professionals in Strategic Communications, Leadership, and Risk Management — not the theoretical kind, but the things that I did to get the job done in my 25 year career.
